Lovely product, made really well , I like you can personalise it with the prints. purchased as a gift for christmas , the only thing I thought that could be improved was the way it was packed for postage. . When I cut open the box along the top I scratched the wood, so maybe a piece of bubble wrap all the way across the top to cover the whole handle, not just a small piece of bubble wrap in the centre
I made a typo with my order and quickly emailed to advise what I had done hopefully prior to my order being made. The typo was no worries, customer service was amazing and the order arrived just in time for Christmas. Quality if the product was amazing. My in laws loved it.
The basket is a fantastic large size, gorgeous woodwork and a very sleek, lovely design. Absolutely adore just looking at it, it's a piece of art all on its own while also being practical. Thank you so much x

This basket is just gorgeous and such great quality! I've found it so useful to collect my balcony garden clippings, collect our eggs and I look forward to harvesting flowers and produce from our garden in it too! The basket liner is super cute too!
